Currently we are recruiting:
We ARE a raiding guild.  If you do not want to raid high level mainly 10 man (with potential for 25 man) content for 3 nights at weak (minimum as these are required) then do not apply. If you do, read on.

People who take the time to post a well thought out application in an intelligent manner (proper English) will be taken seriously.  The text fields for recruitment are not that big, so I would suggest using another program to create a rough copy of your answers before pasting them in.  Proper sentences and punctuation are encouraged.  If you can not spend the time to do this to impress us, we will not spend our time processing your application.  Regardless, I’m sure there are some who will be more than happy to give you a hard time...;)

We want members that:
·  Are consistent (THIS MEANS SHOW UP FOR RAIDS)
·  Are active, dedicated and mature players and 18+ years of age
·  Work together as a team
·  Treat all fellow players with respect (Don't be an ass)
·  Can take criticism and jokes
·  Are not loot whores
·  Don't whine, b*i*t*c*h and complain because everything is not catered to them as an individual

As well as, meet the following criteria:
·  Reliable (if you can't make 2/3 raid times consistently then don't bother applying please)
·  Prepared**
·  Skilled
·  Listen and can follow instructions
·  Technologically up to speed (computer AND connection)

Last, applicants should
·  Have gear enchanted and gemmed (if you don't take pride in your gear why should you get it?)
-  Be knowledgeable about their class and know what an upgrade for them is and why
-  Be properly Glyphed to be as effective as possible (dps/healing/tanking)

Admission
If you are admitted to the guild, you will start out as an Initiate for your first month. While you still have all the rights and privileges of any other member, we will be watching your attendance closely to see if you really do meet our raiding schedule. While all members are required to meet a certain attendance threshold, it is particularly important as a new member, and we will have no qualms about removing an Initiate who does not meet our requirements. That said, we have lives too, so the threshold is reasonable and so are we.
